Cancellation Policy

Stu­dent Can­cel­la­tions and Rescheduling

If you can­cel more than 10 busi­ness days before your class, your tuition will be refunded minus a $75 can­cel­la­tion fee. If you can­cel fewer than 10 busi­ness days before your class or fail to show up for the class, you will not receive a refund.

Can­cel­la­tion Due to Ill­ness: If you can­cel your class due to ill­ness less than 10 busi­ness days before your class, you will be enrolled into the next sched­uled class.

Low-Enrollment Can­cel­la­tions and Rescheduling

We reserve the right to can­cel or resched­ule any class due to insuf­fi­cient enroll­ment, sched­ul­ing con­flicts or cir­cum­stances beyond our con­trol. If can­cel­la­tion is nec­es­sary, your full reg­is­tra­tion fee will be refunded. In the event we must can­cel or resched­ule a class, how­ever, we are not liable for any­thing other than the money paid to us. We can not accept lia­bil­ity for travel arrange­ments or other expenses incurred by our clients.

Vir­tual Classes Note:

If your instruc­tor can­not access the vir­tual meet­ing space due to Inter­net con­nec­tiv­ity prob­lems, your class may be can­celled. In that case, you will be enrolled into the next sched­uled class.
